Educational Opportunity Fund

EOF, or Educational Opportunity Fund, is a support program for New Jersey residents from educationally and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, including first generation students. Participants benefit from support in academics, college life, community connections, and financial aid opportunities, to meet their college goals and graduate.

EOF students have access Some of the services provided include one-on-one professional and peer tutoring, academic coaching, academic enrichment, and financial literacy workshops. We also provide additional funding through grant aids and scholarships to eligible EOF participants.

Am I eligible?

To be considered for the EOF program, a student must:

Demonstrate an educationally and economically disadvantaged background

Step 2

Be a resident of New Jersey for 12 months immediately preceding enrollment

step 3

Have a family income that falls within the established income eligibility criteria

step 4

Meet admissions criteria as set by Rutgers University-Camden
